The “HUGS” (Hope, Uplift, and Guidance) initiative was implemented allowing our continued humanitarian support of the residents of the Safe House in the Bahamas. Young ladies attending college are the recipients of a box of needed goods. This box, along with a personalized letter, is sent quarterly.

The Hilton Head (SC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated joined other chapters in supporting the "HUGS" (Hope, Uplift, and Guidance) initiative. Our support allows our student to receive a quarterly box containing supplies that are beneficial to her while she is in college. We send an inspirational letter each time a box is sent. The initial box was sent, and a follow-up box will be sent for the next 3 quarters.
